Summary

To support the Corporate Sales team with their daily operational tasks and act as a focal point of contact between the corporate sales team and other units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the corporate sales portfolio sheets, making the necessary reconciliations and updates.
  • Monitor the collection report, highlighting high risk accounts and making sure payments are being reflected accurately on the system.
  • Focal point for sales team for MSISDN allocation, stock control and commercial giveaways.
  • Follow up on customer requests while sales team are doing their daily visits.
  • Support the sales team with their outdoor sales activities when needed.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

Work Experience

Education

Diploma relevant field.
