To support the Corporate Sales team with their daily operational tasks and act as a focal point of contact between the corporate sales team and other units.
- Manage the corporate sales portfolio sheets, making the necessary reconciliations and updates.
- Monitor the collection report, highlighting high risk accounts and making sure payments are being reflected accurately on the system.
- Focal point for sales team for MSISDN allocation, stock control and commercial giveaways.
- Follow up on customer requests while sales team are doing their daily visits.
- Support the sales team with their outdoor sales activities when needed.
