Summary

Acts as liaison for Korek telecom with existing and potential dealers at our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving problems internally.
  • Follow up on agreed upon actions.
  • Liaison with other departments to acquire their support.
  • Assist POS manager in administrative tasks and actions follow-up.
  • Co-ordinate POS training with Sales Support.
  • Receive inquiries and issues from existing POS’s.
  • Provide support to POS reps. within the company.
  • Perform tasks assigned by POS Manager.
  • Receive inquiries from potential POS’s and instruct them on the procedures.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the POS databases.

Work Experience

Education

Diploma or Bachelor Business or relevant field

Language

  • Arabic (required)
  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (preferred)
