- Welcome customers, answer and solve their inquires in professional manner.
- Promote and sell new sim cards, products and value added services, and performed related data entry on the system.
- Collect all types of payments from customers.
- Receive and register valid customers complaints on the system.
- Submit all records (forms, application...) related to point of sales daily operation to concerned departments.
- Excellent communication skills (effective verbal and listening skills).
- Courteous with positive attitude.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer oriented.
Diploma or Bachelor in relavent field
