Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing best quality of service and reflecting the company best image. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, answer and solve their inquires in professional manner.
  • Promote and sell new sim cards, products and value added services, and performed related data entry on the system.
  • Collect all types of payments from customers.
  • Receive and register valid customers complaints on the system.
  • Submit all records (forms, application...) related to point of sales daily operation to concerned departments.

  • Excellent communication skills (effective verbal and listening skills).
  • Courteous with positive attitude.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer oriented.

Work Experience

Education

Diploma or Bachelor in relavent field

Language

  • Arabic (required)
  • Kurdish (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
