The position is responsible for enhancing customer loyalty, satisfaction and overall experience with Korek brand. Loyalty and Retention involves all customer touch points. The role will need to interact with several departments and lead multi-functional teams in order to achieve objectives. The role also involves running BTL promotions to keep customers engaged with the brand. These efforts translates to reduce churn and increase of customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer value development.
  • Develop and maintain analytics tools to track and analyze customer behavior.
  • Identify churn reasons and use insight to reduce churn.
  • Identify and prioritize areas of improvement involving customer experience.
  • Identify, develop and run campaigns to achieve the above.


  • Excellent analytics skills and comfortable with numbers.

Work Experience


Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management, Anthropology or Psychology.
