• Build and manage the commercial Roaming function within Korek.
  • Manage and increase the International Roaming and International Direct Dial revenues within Korek Telecom.
  • Launch different roaming VAS so that enhances the overall revenues of Roaming.
  • Establish the loyalty scheme for the Roaming function so that we can retain roamers when they choose Korek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and increase the Roaming revenues of Korek Telecom.
  • Build marketing strategy for inbound roaming (loyalty, communication, VAS).
  • Propose new pricing guidelines (tariffs. Structures) for Roaming outbound.
  • Brief pricing team for Roaming out business case and validate it.
  • Prepare internal letter for Roaming out implementation in coordination with wholesale team.
  • Build marketing strategy for outbound Roaming (loyalty, communication, ...).
  • Creating promotions and Roaming offers to increase usage of Roaming and subscriber base.
  • Follow-up on Roaming offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets, including but not limited to analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
  • Monitor the Roaming market share.


  • Deep understanding of business cases and number management.
  • Teamwork and people management.
  • At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in managing the Roaming commercial activities in Mobile operators mainly in marketing domain.
  • Good Business scenes, marketing knowledge, and analytical approach.

Work Experience


Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Business or Engineering.
