Summary

Maintain, enhance and improve e-communication, online services and applications. Achieve customer engagement and revenue by exploiting all aspects of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose new developments and concepts to enhance e-communication system.
  • Prepare and propose e-communication plans through research, benchmarking and audience identification.
  • Propose development plans to improve and ensure better quality, study and evaluate dynamic solutions for online applications and services.
  • Coordinate with all concerned personnel to ensure the accuracy and the validity of all information available on social media portals.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community to take action.
  • Collect requirements for project implementation and layout design process for social media networking.
  • Apply corporate events and online updates related to new releases, services and offers on social media networking.
  • Prepare and collect Statistical Report.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or IT or any other related fields.
