Summary

Supervise a team of mass market representatives as well as sub-dealers and outlet network, guide them and control their performance to achieve the overall strategic sales target and market share and monitor their achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate functional objectives & KPIs achievements with mass market representatives.
  • Visit and follow up top 25 SDs and top 10 outlets within areas of responsibility according to preset road map.
  • Follow up sales figures and target achievements for the areas under responsibility.
  • Define and set target breakdown for areas under responsibility and communicate target to mass market representatives on a monthly basis.
  • Review and discuss SDs monthly rod map with mass market representative, and modify if needed.
  • Monitor daily visits done by each mass market representative to SDs & outlets through spot checks, phone calls and field visits.
  • Review and approve daily visit reports submitted by mass market representatives and ensure data registered accurately on system.
  • Ensure Korek brands visibility in a good manner at SDs shops in areas under responsibility.
  • Report on a daily basis market situation, competition status, market share, needs and requirements to mass market manager.
  • Coordinate with MDs unit to ensure the availability of SIM stock, and the smooth running of operation within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Korek policies in the market, report any infringements to upper management.
  • Discuss and verify mass market Rep. requests (propose or cancel) for supportive tools to sub-dealers in the merchandising materials, incentives, direct sales offers,… etc.
  • Meet with sales team on a daily basis to review and discuss daily target and work plan, as well as problems and solutions.
  • Follow up on all reported problems & complaints till closure.
  • Verify and follow up all coverage & network problems reported by mass market reps.
  • Supervise and ensure the correct implementation of market surveys conducted in coordination with marketing Dept.
  • Analyze reported new ideas or complaints emerging from the market to develop Korek products.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor Business Management or relevant field.
