Summary

Korek IConnect Support and follow up with Rollout projects and related RFQs, POs and invoices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Korek IConnect Coordinate with regions to collect information for their requested PRs.
  • Process the PRs and follow up with sourcing department.
  • Collect invoices from vendors and follow up with finance for processing.
  • Database management for invoices and POs.
  • Follow up with regional teams to get project information/updates and support the teams.
  • Ready to provide any reports requested by Manager/Director.
  • Minutes taker for all department meetings.
  • Prepare and submit weekly report to the Manager/Director.
 

 

Competencies

  • Korek IConnect Computer literate.
  • Telecom background.
  • Ability to adapt with different environment.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
 

 

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor in a related field.

Language

  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (required)
  • Arabic (preferred)
