Summary

To assist Sales Team in several aspects on Electronic Voucher/Top Up System. Make sure that all orders and transfers are executed on the system correctly and on time, and to generate, from the system, all reports available and required by Sales Team .

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Distribution Tree on the system.
  • Maintain and update Distribution Tree as required.
  • Execute transfers in a timely manner to the market.
  • Generate reports available on the Zebra system on a daily basis and as required.
  • Follow up on available stock and generate new stock when needed.
  • Handle customer and channel users complains.
  • Enhance customer experience.

Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year experience operating on Database/transfer software or ticketing system.
  • Advanced PC skills(Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Fast Learner and Self Dependent.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor in Engineering or relevant field

Language

  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (required)
  • Arabic (preferred)
