Summary

To manage & develop Direct Sales channels (Corporate & POS) by creating excellent relationships with companies, customers & improving the skills and performance of direct sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets (Corporate & POS).
  • Improve customer experience  and Increase Sales Team efficiency.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POSs.
  • Enhance and develop the supervisors’ qualifications and expertise.
  • Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POS locations.
  • Analyze department\'s daily, monthly, and yearly operational statistical reports.
  • Execute site visits to Corporates & POSs on regular basis.
  • Evaluate staff performance.

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor in Business or in a relevant field

Language

  • Arabic (required)
  • English (required)
  • Kurdish (preferred)
