To manage & develop Direct Sales channels (Corporate & POS) by creating excellent relationships with companies, customers & improving the skills and performance of direct sales team.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets (Corporate & POS).
- Improve customer experience and Increase Sales Team efficiency.
- Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POSs.
- Enhance and develop the supervisors’ qualifications and expertise.
- Ensure the implementation of best quality service in POS locations.
- Analyze department\'s daily, monthly, and yearly operational statistical reports.
- Execute site visits to Corporates & POSs on regular basis.
- Evaluate staff performance.
- Excellent Managerial skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with people at all levels.

Bachelor in Business or in a relevant field
